I am a self-taught amateur artist. Art is something I do for fun, personal improvement, and not as full-time work (yet)

I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

I appreciate communication with my clients, and will provide at least one WIP image for every major step I take (concept sketch, final sketch, lines, colours, etc). If I don't get any feedback/replies, I'll put the commission on hold for the time being, as I only want to continue with your approval.

Turnaround time can vary greatly, depending on my muse, health, schedule, and complexity of the commission. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the progress of your piece, please message me. Additionally, I have a publicly visible queue in my Discord server so everyone can track their art's progress and position in the queue. I will always notify you of any unexpected delays/complications.

You may not use my art commercially unless discussed with me when placing the commission order. Do not sell any products with my art on it, like clothing items, and similar products. Personal usage (using your commission as profile picture, sharing on your own social media with appropriate credit, printing to hang on your wall, etc) is always allowed.

Do not use my art for AI or NFT purposes.

I have the right to upload and share all commissions or adopts/designs on my own social media and portfolio.

I have the right to reuse rejected sketches or sketches from commissions that have been cancelled or refunded for future artwork, be it personal art, gifts, or commissions.

All artwork will be delivered as .png images unless requested otherwise, and through Discord DMs, an Imgur link, or email, depending on your preference.

All payments are upfront and in Euro/€.

Prices of commissions and adopts may change, but already the original prices of already ordered commissions will be honoured.

If I haven't started your commission yet, you may request an 100% refund at any time. If I've already started sketching, a 50% refund can be requested. If the final sketch is finished and has been approved by you, no more refunds can be requested even if you decide to cancel the commission.

All shop purchases on my Ko-Fi are non-refundable.

People are allowed to make fusion designs with one or more designs created by me as the "parent" designs. I encourage creativity and uniqueness in that regard, with a few rules:

All designs used in the fusion must rightfully belong to the artist and must have been acquired in a legit way (i.e. bought, traded, gifted, etc).

Do not copy my designs too closely. The fusion design should still be a unique character, and while resemblance is bound to occur, it should not be a clear derivative of my own work.

You may not sell the fusion design for more than you bought my parent design for. If the parent design was acquired for free as a gift or through a trade and thus has no monetary value attached, you can use my current base price for adoptables being 15€.

Fusion designs should be clearly advertised as such and I'd like for the artist to credit me and any other parent designers if there are any.

I have the right to refuse working with or contact with anyone for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

Homophobes/Transphobes and generally people unsupportive of LGBTQ+. I am queer myself and will not engage with anyone with those beliefs for my own comfort.

Alt-Right/Right-Wing/Nazis and anyone with similar belief systems, and Religious Extremists of any kind and faith.

Zoophiles and Pedophiles. I believe I don't have to explain that one...
